Dee Cooper owned a management consultancy business for over 15 years and prior to that was a senior manager in the training sector.
At the beginning of 2014 she joined forces with Jack Orchard and in May 2015 they created Agar Management Consultancy Limited, working with clients across the South West of England.
Clare is a business professional with a MSc in Strategic HR and extensive experience working within the utilities industry. In addition to this, she delivered HR solutions in the education, hospitality and construction sectors as an experienced career coach and qualified workplace mediator.
Clare launched Class HR in Spring 2017 and is extremely proud to be working in partnership with Agar Management Consultancy Limited to deliver an outstanding service across the region.
Jo has worked in a variety of sectors in HR and senior management roles. She brings a passion for understanding how we can maximise our strengths to both improve employee experience and increase team and organisational effectiveness. Jo enjoys working alongside teams to understand organisational culture and improve it. She has also worked in and studied the field of patient safety and is particularly interested in how culture shapes safety when working with teams in the health and care sector. Jo began working as an Independent Consultant in November 2019 and is delighted to be collaborating with Agar Management Consultancy Limited.
Linda has over 30 years’ experience – working in a wide variety of organisations and occupational sectors – in leading teams, delivering training and enhancing business development opportunities. Linda is an accredited Insights practitioner and loves the ‘magic’ of this tool to really unlock potential.
Mentoring, motivation and encouragement have been key to Linda supporting people to enhance themselves and their skills whilst also achieving personal aspirations alongside team and organisational goals. This ‘future focus’ is reflected in a client’s testimony which drew attention to Linda’s particular skill in ‘understanding how a team does and can work’.
In addition to being a valued member of the Agar team, Linda herself is a business owner and, therefore, is well aware of the opportunities – and challenges – this presents; she uses this awareness to help her to really understand how best to approach each company and individual to provide bespoke and pragmatic support.
After studying biology at undergraduate and doctoral levels, Judy started her professional career as a university lecturer and later held leadership roles within a range of public sector and commercial organisations.
Judy has undertaken accreditation with the ILM, European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has been a coach for about 10 years. She has a particular interest in leadership and, as Associate Professor at the University of Plymouth, oversees a regional leadership development programme for clinicians. Judy also regularly undertakes management consulting and executive coaching assignments in both the public and commercial sectors.
Judy holds a range of other roles and interests: she is a member of the Steering Board of Plymouth’s Global Health Collaborative; is an Advisor with NHS England/NHS Improvement; is a Member (Director) for a Devon based Multi Academy Trust; and is a Governor of a Further and Higher Education institution.
Tracy has over a decade of Practice Business management experience as a provider of primary care services leading different models of care and restructuring teams to deliver patient services. Tracy has been a CQC practice manager specialist advisor since 2014 and was a federation manager for a group of seven practices spanning 68,000 patients. Tracy was part of the collaborative board whose successful bid prompted the delivery of extended access across South Devon and Torbay.
Tracy is a certified coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner who has developed and delivered a variety of training sessions, webinars and CPD modules. Having worked nationally on a strategic and operational level with Primary Care Networks, GP and Dental Practices, Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHSEI, Tracy seeks to understand what clients’ needs are to then support and empower them to make a difference.
Tracy is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow with the Institute of Leadership and Management, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Association of Professional Coaches.
Vikki is a consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in Positive Psychology, mental wellbeing and happiness. She has worked with various organisations over the last 15 years, including the NHS and Virgin. Her career began with clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention within the community then evolved to working with leadership and corporate teams to design and lead wellbeing strategies nationally and internationally.
Vikki’s particular passions are human qualities such as gratitude, vulnerability and authenticity, about which she speaks at international conferences. She cares for the wellbeing of people and the wellbeing of the planet and enjoys nothing more than the feeling of making a positive impact.

A versatile, effective, strategic, politically astute and highly visible Board Level Executive Director with an extensive range of experience and competency in operational and financial management, contracting, service redesign, education/training and business development. After almost 15 years of working within HR, Education, and Learning across the public and private sector, Lianne launched her Talent and Learning Consultancy in April 2020. Lianne enjoys working with organisations as a business partner, collaborating with them to understand fully their organisational objectives and blockers, and using a range of tools to facilitate their growth. A qualified facilitator and Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, Lianne regularly facilitates leadership, management, and team development sessions in person and online.
Lianne is a proud Apprenticeship Ambassador having worked as both an employer and training provider of apprentices, and enjoys working with organisations to put apprenticeships at the heart of their talent strategy.
Matt is a Consultant Anaesthetist at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, Clinical Advisor on Safety Culture to NHSI, a Generation Q Fellow (Health Foundation) and teaches on the MSc HIPS and HMLI courses at Plymouth University.
Matt has worked with teams to understand their local and organizational culture using a number of assessment tools, and worked nationally to support large cultural assessment and improvement work in the NHS. His experience as a Generation Q fellow has allowed him to explore the personal and relational aspects of leadership and teamwork and this supports the focus of his work on how we create and nurture the conditions for teams and individuals to flourish and deliver great work.
Sarah joined the Agar team as our Administrator in 2018, after previously working as a Senior Administrator in both the property and travel industry.
