At Agar we are best known for bringing our training and facilitation expertise to intact teams helping them to perform at the highest possible level. However, we understand that there is also a very real value to be had from sharing and engaging in learning with people outside of your team, organisation and sector.

We run a number of Open Courses each year – a mixture of events and development programmes – enabling individuals to book onto a course and join others from across the globe to share, learn and develop.

Women and Transformational Leadership

The Women and Transformational Leadership program offers a six-session journey designed specifically for women in middle to senior management positions. Through the lens of female leadership and experiential learning we will create a psychologically safe environment. Participants will explore the dimensions of Insights Transformational Leadership alongside other authentic leadership models based on current research and best practices. The programme creates space to explore common challenges women face in leadership roles and provides practical strategies for developing presence, building effective relationships, delivering results, and creating meaningful change. Each session balances theory with practical application, encouraging deep self-reflection and actionable insights that participants can immediately apply in their professional environments.

Leading with Strength: Unlocking Your Potential as a Neurodivergent Leader is a 2.5-hour interactive taster session designed to empower neurodivergent leaders and aspiring leaders. This session explores how neurodivergence can shape leadership style and workplace experiences, offering practical tools to harness strengths while navigating common challenges.
