Ignite to Transform Leadership Programme
Overview
The Ignite to Transform Leadership Programme (designed and delivered in partnership with People Spark) supports the building of strong relationships with employees, the provision of meaningful and effective feedback (including talking about performance) and proactively retaining high-performing employees. The 8-week interactive programme is designed to equip participants with the skills to be effective leaders.
Content in Videos
Each week new content is available to view via short videos – approximately 30 minutes viewing time.
Assignment
Each week you will have a new assignment to complete and send in to be given feedback on. This allows you to apply the content to your own situation – making it real. This is likely to take 20-30 minutes.
Zoom sessions
Each week you can join a 60-minute zoom session with your cohort. If you can’t attend the live call, you will have access to watch the recording, at a time to suit you.

Module 7: Coaching for engagement
Module 8: Building habits
The aim of the programme is to go beyond learning the skills and tools by implementing them into daily habits.

The I2T programme has been a really positive experience.
