The Women in Transformational Leadership (WiTL) programme, designed and delivered in collaboration with Purple Thread, is for women in middle to senior leadership roles. The programme begins with an Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership (IDTL) profile, a personalised leadership development tool which will help you to understand your leadership style and impact. Your IDTL profile will be supported by a 1:1 debrief with a senior coach, followed by our four-module journey which will focus on elements and themes from the IDTL profile.
