Rusha El-Nashar

Background

Over the past 15 years, Rusha has worked in administration and management roles across various sectors, both in the UK and abroad.

After graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 2008 with an MA in Arabic, Rusha started her career as PA to the Head of Secondary in a British international school in Cairo, Egypt. Her role in Cairo grew over the years allowing her to expand her knowledge and skills, particularly in secondary education. In 2014, Rusha moved back to the UK with her family and continued to work in education in PA, Administrator and management roles. In 2018, Rusha joined her family’s dental practice as Operations Manager, where she manages the day-to-day running of the practice alongside the Practice Manager, overseeing non-clinical compliance, HR and team wellbeing.

Alongside her role in practice, in 2022 Rusha joined Agar Management Consultancy in a Business Support capacity where she works on projects and tasks to support both the team and the strategic planning of the business.
