Rusha El-Nashar

Background

Since graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 2008 with an MA in Arabic, Rusha has worked in administration and management roles across various sectors, both in the UK and abroad.

Rusha first started working with Agar in 2022 in a part-time capacity and in August 2024, Rusha joined the Agar team fully! Rusha’s role is Business Support, where she works on projects and tasks to support both the team and the strategic planning of the business.

In August 2024, Rusha accredited as an Insights Discovery© Practitioner, she uses her accreditation to facilitate profile debriefs for clients who have had an Insights Discovery Personal Profile. You may also see Rusha supporting with facilitation of client events and sessions.

Rusha loves to spend time with her family and friends – whether that is enjoying all Devon has to offer, city breaks in London and Manchester or holidays in Egypt!
