Background

A former Chief People Officer, Jo is now a Leadership and Performance Coach and the founder of Culture Co. She has over 25 years’ experience partnering with executives, senior leaders, high-potential talent and teams across a wide range of organisations to help them make the most of their talent. She’s passionate about helping people grow and achieve more in their careers than they ever imagined possible.

Jo believes top performers – particularly those operating in senior, high-pressure roles – are exceptional because they know what great looks like and, more importantly, how to be great. They’re highly consistent in how they perform and able to step up and deliver when it matters most. They’re clear about what they want to achieve and what’s required to achieve it – not just what they need to do, but how they need to do it. With a high degree of self-awareness, they use this insight to create extremely effective performance plans that maximise strengths while developing new skills and approaches. Jo helps individuals and leadership teams do all of this at work.

Jo is a qualified Performance Coach and an Insights Discovery Practitioner. Her coaching takes a ‘soulful science’ approach, blending the principles of high performance with a caring, human curiosity about what it takes for people to thrive at work. Working hand in hand with her clients – from first-time leaders through to executive and board-level roles – she takes time to understand their world and where they’re heading. She then helps them develop deep levels of self-awareness and their own unique ‘performance recipe’: a clear blueprint that supports sustained success. She listens deeply, asks incisive questions and offers thoughtful challenge, supporting clients to translate new thinking and behaviour into lasting habits.
