Background
A former Chief People Officer, Jo is now a Leadership and Performance Coach, and the founder of Culture Co. She has over 25 years’ experience helping leaders and teams in both the private and public sector to develop a specific type of culture – a thriving, high-performance culture of joint responsibility – because she knows that’s the only culture that will lead to long-term, sustained business success.
Jo is a qualified Performance Coach and Insights Discovery Practitioner. She delivers high-impact coaching, workshop facilitation, training and consultancy – helping clients to create an environment where everyone is set up and supported to make the most of their potential. Her work takes a ‘soulful science’ approach, blending the principles of high-performance with a caring, human curiosity about what it takes for people to thrive at work. Using this approach, she works hand in hand with clients to transform their experience of work – meaning they perform to their potential, have less stress and feel far more fulfilled.
