Clare has over 20 years’ experience within a People and Business discipline, as an HR and Change practitioner she fully understands the challenges and opportunities faced by business leaders within a complex and continually changing external operating environment. As a qualified Coach, she also has a passion for supporting clients through the process of career and change transition; creating an environment where people can recognise their inner strength and potential for the future. Clare has extensive experience working across a wide breadth of industries and sectors. Clare has held Non-Executive Director appointments and is a Board Member at T-Cup Ltd.
As a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and EMCC Senior Coaching Practitioner, Clare has coached more than 200 clients through the process of career and personal change transition; creating an environment where individuals can recognise their inner strength and potential for the future.
