Jacqui Lyttle

Background

Jacqui has run her own management consultancy for 12 years after a career in the NHS.

An accountant with an MBA, Jacqui has a wealth of business knowledge and experience, working extensively with the NHS, higher education, small businesses within the health and care sector, the pharmaceutical industry and manufacturing companies.

Jacqui has a genuine passion for improving care for patients and speaks both nationally and internationally on quality and service improvement, commissioning for outcomes and the management of change within healthcare.

Working with public and private sector clients Jacqui enjoys working with teams and organisations as a management/business adviser, coaching and encouraging them to understand fully their objectives and blockers and to take forward ideas and effective solutions. She thrives on supporting individuals, teams, and businesses be the best they can be.

Jacqui is chair of AGE UK Torbay and is a Non – executive Director at Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust and a trustee for the Chronic Pain Policy Coalition.

Jacqui is an Insights Discovery Practitioner and uses this tool as well as other methodologies to help clients reach their goals, maximise performance, achieve lasting positive improvement and most importantly grow and thrive!
