Background
Seb has over 25 years of experience working as an Exec Coach and Leadership Consultant in both the public as well as the private sector and is passionate about creating space for generative dialogue. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership, team dynamics, and strategic facilitation working with Board Members, CEO’s and C-Suite level leadership teams.
Seb’s signature presence is challenging, approachable and straightforward. He is flexible, can confront when useful, is accelerating and incisive, and is able to simplify complexity whilst being comfortable with ambiguity. He is curious, present and empathetic and balances an adventurous attitude towards developing leaders and their teams with a sense of realism and responsibility.
He focuses on bringing presence and inherent curiosity to purposeful dialogue to enable leaders to make connections and realise how empowered they are. He is adept at helping Senior Leaders realise their unfulfilled potential, and brings humour, insight and a fresh perspective that engages and inspires clients. As a result, Seb aims to enable clients to create a mind-set of high performance – both on a 1:1 basis as well as when coaching teams.
As well as working across multiple sectors, for the last 5 years, he has partnered with the Ministry of Defence to improve leadership within the Army in its most senior and influential cohort; coaching Leaders of Leaders (circa. Leading 30,000 people plus) who are operating in multinational, matrix environments and whose strategic decisions at a political, economic, social, technological and legal level ultimately impact the lives of those serving in the British Armed Forces.
