Background

Kizzy Harris is a Leadership Trainer and Coach. She is an Accredited Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner who loves working collaboratively to create positive change.

Kizzy brings over 30 years of experience drawn from frontline, operational roles through to Senior Leadership positions. She feels honoured to have received both individual and collaborative team awards throughout her career. She has been a Peer Advisor to National College of Policing & to Bath & Wells Diocese, supporting them to have courageous conversations. As part of a forward thinking steering group Kizzy developed the coaching and mentoring strategy for NHS SW Leadership to embed a coaching culture across the South West.

Since 2017 Kizzy has worked as an independent consultant where she has developed leadership and coaching skills across a wide range of industries and household names including retail, supply chain, food production, hospitality, public sector and education. She focusses on raising self-awareness as a catalyst to transformative systemic change. Her clients love her pragmatic blend of knowledge, experience, practical application and down to earth approach.

Kizzy is an Accredited EIA Global Senior Practitioner (EMCC), and Enhanced ACE Coach Accelerator . Her qualifications and training include ILM 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring, ILM Coaching Diploma, Coaching for Christian Leaders, AOEC Team Coaching, Systemic Coaching, Coaching Supervision, Nature as Co-Facilitator Certificate, Facilitation & World café, NLP for Trainers, Certified Future Fit Trainer.
