Sam Mullins BSc (Hons), MA, FCIPD
Sam’s HR career spans 25 years across a range of industries within the private and public sector. During this time, she has worked directly for regional, national and global companies including Devon County Council, Marconi, Boots UK Ltd, Computershare, and Millennium and Copthorne hotels.
Sam’s areas of specialism are organisational change, leadership learning, strategic recruitment, workforce planning, coaching, mentoring and facilitating.
Sam studied Psychology at the University of Exeter and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She lectures at the University of Exeter Business School on the People Professional degree apprenticeship for Amazon and is an Academic Mentor for the Senior People Professional apprenticeship.
Sam enjoys coaching senior leaders and their teams, she is accredited in ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring and Leadership Circle Profile®, a 360° leadership assessment.
