Lisa is an experienced and ardent training and facilitation expert. She is dedicated to the continual improvement of learning and personal development in a professional framework and deeply passionate about the creation of psychologically safe environments, encouraging trust and enabling individuals to develop and flourish within their teams. She excels at the stimulation of self-reflection and collaboration between colleagues. CIPD and ILM qualified, Lisa has great insight into Leadership Development and coaching, culture change and the development of EQ.

Lisa began her career as a graduate trainee at P&G Gillette over 27 years ago in an account management role and progressed to a variety of senior commercial management roles within the FMCG market. A move to GSK in 2000 marked a shift to pharmaceutical sales and she became the lead for account management excellence within the neuroscience department before a move into the Oncology market. Latterly, she spent 6 years as L&D manager at Novartis Oncology before recently starting her own agency. Lisa’s flair lies in the psychology of effective communication and personal motivation.
