Lisa began her career as a graduate trainee at P&G Gillette over 27 years ago in an account management role and progressed to a variety of senior commercial management roles within the FMCG market. A move to GSK in 2000 marked a shift to pharmaceutical sales and she became the lead for account management excellence within the neuroscience department before a move into the Oncology market. Latterly, she spent 6 years as L&D manager at Novartis Oncology before recently starting her own agency. Lisa’s flair lies in the psychology of effective communication and personal motivation.
