Sam Mullins BSc (Hons), MA, FCIPD

Sam’s HR career spans 25 years across a range of industries within the private and public sector. During this time, she has worked directly for regional, national and global companies including Devon County Council, Marconi, Boots UK Ltd, Computershare, and Millennium and Copthorne hotels.

Sam’s areas of specialism are organisational change, leadership learning, strategic recruitment, workforce planning, coaching, mentoring and facilitating.

Sam studied Psychology at the University of Exeter and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She lectures at the University of Exeter Business School in Organisational Behaviour and leads the Workforce Planning and Talent Management module on the People Professional degree apprenticeship for Amazon.

Sam has directly coached senior leaders and their teams up to Director level. She is accredited in ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring, Insights Discovery and Leadership Circle Profile®, a 360° leadership assessment.
