Mark Gray has over 32 years of experience working as a coach, mentor, and learning & development specialist across manufacturing, legal, and travel sectors. He is passionate about enabling individuals and organisations to unlock their potential through purposeful dialogue, reflective practice, and practical skill-building. Mark brings a wealth of cross-sector insight into what it takes to engage diverse stakeholders and create environments where people and teams can thrive.

Having worked as a Senior Learning & Development Manager in industry, Mark has led the design and delivery of impactful leadership programmes, management development initiatives, customer service training, and comprehensive strategies for early careers and apprenticeships.

Mark is ILM Level 7 qualified in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, holds an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching, and is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner. He combines advanced coaching practice with psychometric profiling to help leaders and teams understand themselves and others more deeply, adapt their communication styles, and build stronger, more authentic relationships. This integrated approach enhances collaboration, strengthens leadership capability, and creates the conditions for high performance and sustainable growth.
