Laura Cream

Background

Laura helps leaders in complex organisations develop the clarity, confidence, and compassion to lead the messy reality of change. She has a particular interest in the development of fresh approaches to collaborative ways of working as drivers of organisational and societal change.

Laura’s expertise lies in working with organisations to establish a culture of openness in which people and ideas can thrive, difficult subjects can be tackled rather than avoided, and new solutions found to intractable problems. She is skilled in creating individual and group capacity for using reflection, discussion and action to solve real-world problems and challenges.

Interested in both the visible and hidden dynamics in organisations, Laura’s coaching lens considers the practical and emotional challenges of leading. Her approach helps leaders uncover what’s beneath the surface – expanding awareness, deepening understanding, and guiding meaningful change.

With a decade of experience supporting world-class multi-disciplinary researchers tackling global challenges at University College London and a career history spanning multiple sectors, Laura specialises in helping leaders navigate complex systems and foster collaboration across diverse teams. Her own experience of navigating the world with limited mobility has taught her how to create expansive thinking spaces that welcome complexity and difference of all kinds. She enjoys supporting leaders to build environments where all forms of difference are seen, valued, and allowed to flourish.
