Background

Dimitrios Kraniotis is a leadership coach and organisational consultant with a strong track record of working at the centre of complex, high-performance environments. He is currently Director of Operations and Planning at Imperial Business School, where he leads Central Operations and works closely with senior academic and professional leaders on strategy, delivery, and organisational change.

Dimitri brings a combination of strategic insight and practical delivery. His career spans student and customer-facing services, executive support to senior leaders, high-profile event delivery, team leadership, and large-scale operational coordination. He has worked extensively in environments defined by pace, ambiguity, and high expectations, supporting leaders and teams to move from complexity to clarity and from discussion to action.

As a consultant and facilitator, Dimitrios supports organisations and teams through change, restructure, and transition. He designs and delivers workshops, away days, and team development sessions that are structured, engaging, and grounded in real organisational challenges. His areas of focus include change management, stakeholder engagement, working effectively in ambiguity, team effectiveness, trust and accountability, and strengthening leadership capability at all levels. Alongside higher education, he also brings commercial experience through founding an events management and production start-up, strengthening his expertise in communication, positioning, and delivery under pressure.
