Jo Pendray
Background
Jo has worked in a variety of sectors in HR and senior management roles and is an independent facilitator, trainer and coach. She brings a passion for understanding how we can maximise our strengths to both improve employee experience and increase team and organisational effectiveness. Jo enjoys working alongside teams to understand organisational culture and improve it. She has also worked in and studied the field of patient safety and is particularly interested in how culture shapes safety when working with teams in the health and care sector. Jo began working as an Independent Consultant in November 2019 and is delighted to be collaborating with Agar Management Consultancy Limited.
