We, at Agar Management Consultancy, are licensed practitioners to use the powerful people tool Insights Discovery to help businesses meet their goals. By using Insights, we provide people development programmes that help businesses get the very best from their people at work. We believe that businesses should invest in the development of their staff and like this quote from Richard Branson: ‘train people well enough that they can leave, treat them well enough that they don’t want to’. That is our aim for all of our clients.
Insights is based on Jungian psychology and uses a broad range of psychometric models to help people communicate more effectively, understand themselves and others, and tackle the most pressing business challenges.
Insights Discovery begins with an easy to answer online evaluation that takes about 20 minutes to complete. Each individual then receives their unique Insights Discovery Personal Profile which highlights their own strengths and weaknesses, communication style, approach to problems and value to the team.
The profile also outlines that person’s unique “colour mix” – Sunshine Yellow, Cool Blue, Earth Green and Fiery Red.
Everyone has a different combination of these traits or colours, and when an individual understands this combination, and why they think and act in the way they do, they can start to work more harmoniously and effectively with others.
The findings unearthed during the profiling process are then explored in greater depth designed to focus on overcoming the most challenging issues, ensuring the continued growth of the people and the business.
