With over 10 years of HR and consultancy experience, Jack has a wide-ranging expertise enabling him to work proactively and closely with businesses to develop practical and effective solutions.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, he provides clients with a pragmatic HR service and an engaging approach to training.
Dee Cooper owned a management consultancy business for over 15 years and prior to that was a senior manager in the training sector.
At the beginning of 2014 she joined forces with Jack Orchard and in May 2015 they created Agar Management Consultancy Limited, working with clients across the South West of England.
Caroline joined Agar Management Consultancy as a Trainee Business Consultant in 2017. She graduated that year with First Class Honours in History BA from the University of Exeter and won a prize as the ‘Best Modern History Student’ in her year.
Clare is a business professional with a MSc in Strategic HR with extensive experience working within the utilities industry, in addition to delivering HR solutions in the education, hospitality and construction sectors. Clare is an experienced career coach and qualified workplace mediator.
Clare launched Class HR in Spring 2017 and is extremely proud to be working in partnership with Agar Management Consultancy Limited to deliver an outstanding service across the region.
